1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using a Rydder Development LLC website, app, product, or service, you agree to these Terms of Use and any product-specific terms presented with the service. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Website and App Information

Rydder Development provides company and product information through RydderDevelopment.com and develops products including MyFreeDayz and Deednex. Features, availability, pricing, eligibility, and platform support may change. Product descriptions are informational and do not promise that every proposed or historical feature is currently available.

3. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, device limitations, security events, or other circumstances may affect availability.

4. No Professional Advice

Rydder Development websites and apps do not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, human-resources, payroll, benefits, safety, or other professional advice. MyFreeDayz is a personal planning tool and is not an employer's official HR, payroll, benefits, attendance, or timekeeping system. Deednex records do not replace original documents, professional inspections, insurance advice, emergency guidance, or legally required records.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information they enter, upload, or share; for keeping independent copies of important records; and for protecting devices and credentials. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or information that is unnecessary for the chosen service.

Customers must provide accurate, authorized business and project information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials through project intake forms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Service requests begin with intake review. Final scope, price, and estimated schedule are confirmed after review. Rydder Development sends a Stripe invoice only after approval.

Product subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, and payments may be handled by Google Play or another payment provider. The provider's terms, billing settings, and cancellation process apply.

Deleting an app, requesting data deletion, or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription. Users should manage subscriptions through the applicable app store or payment provider. Prices and plan features may change as permitted by law and the applicable provider rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Rydder Development websites, branding, software, designs, text, and other company-provided materials are owned by Rydder Development LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Users retain rights they have in content they provide.

8. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the services, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, distribute malware, violate another person's rights, submit unlawful or deceptive content, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Services may depend on or link to app stores, hosting providers, Firebase or Google services, email providers, maps, payment systems, or other third parties. Rydder Development does not control their availability, content, policies, or independent actions. Third-party terms may apply.

10. Local Visibility Service Disclaimer

Rydder Development does not guarantee Google ranking, search placement, calls, sales, leads, reviews, business results, profile access recovery, verification, or any other Google-controlled outcome. Google Business Profiles are owned and controlled by the business and are subject to Google's policies, verification, review, suspension, recovery, and visibility decisions.

Clients are responsible for approving public business information and providing accurate, authorized content. Rydder Development does not create fake reviews, buy reviews, manipulate ratings, or intentionally publish misleading business information.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available." Rydder Development disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rydder Development LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use a service. Applicable law may limit or prohibit some exclusions.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
