1. Introduction

Rydder Development LLC operates RydderDevelopment.com and develops or operates related products and services, including MyFreeDayz and Deednex. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we may handle, why we use it, and the choices available to users.

2. Scope

This policy applies to RydderDevelopment.com, MyFreeDayz, Deednex, Rydder Development services and forms, email communications, and product support. App-specific practices may vary based on the product version, platform, features enabled, and services a user chooses to use.

Third-party websites, app stores, and services have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when users interact directly with them.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the service and features used, we may collect or process the following categories:

• Contact information: name, email address, business name, and messages sent to Rydder Development.
• Project intake information: customer contact details, business or project information, website, Google Business Profile, or app project links, service details, service areas, project preferences, and project notes users choose to submit. Intake data is submitted to the Rydder Development backend and used to provide requested services, communicate with the customer, and manage the project. The intake form does not collect payment-card numbers.
• Account information: email address, username or display name, and authentication identifiers when account login is available.
• Payment and subscription information: third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Google Play may process billing details, payment status, purchase or transaction identifiers, transaction metadata, and fraud or security signals. Taxes, if applicable, may be calculated or handled through the payment provider. Rydder Development does not receive or store full payment-card numbers processed by an app store or payment provider.
• Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, diagnostics, crash information, and usage events if those tools are enabled in the applicable product.
• Website information: IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referring pages, and cookie or similar identifiers if the website later uses analytics or comparable technology.
• Communications: emails, support requests, feedback, and attachments users choose to send.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve websites, apps, and services.
• Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
• Save, display, and synchronize user-entered data when synchronization is available.
• Process or verify subscriptions, purchases, trials, and entitlements.
• Provide support and respond to messages, feedback, or privacy requests.
• Improve reliability, debug problems, protect security, and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Send service-related communications, such as material product or account notices.
• Send marketing communications only when a user requests them, opts in, or where otherwise legally permitted.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

5. How We Share Information

Rydder Development does not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary:

• With vendors supporting hosting, authentication, cloud databases, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, website hosting, and payment or subscription processing. An email delivery provider may process project intake data to deliver owner and customer notifications. A payment provider may process an invoice only after a service is approved.
• With Google Play or Google services for applicable Android, Firebase, authentication, cloud, or subscription functionality.
• To comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse.
• As part of a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of company assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• At a user's direction or with the user's consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Our apps and website may use Google Play, Firebase or Google Cloud services, a website hosting provider, an email provider, a payment provider for approved service invoices, and analytics or crash-reporting tools if enabled. These providers may process limited information under their own terms and privacy policies.

The exact SDKs, sign-in options, and processors can differ by product version. Rydder Development reviews those integrations as product releases are prepared and will update this policy when a material practice changes.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

RydderDevelopment.com uses browser local storage to remember the visitor's light or dark theme preference. The current website source does not include analytics, advertising, or marketing scripts. If analytics or other non-essential technology is added later, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide an account or service, fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, resolve support requests, maintain security, and meet legal, accounting, or business obligations. App data may remain until it is deleted by the user, the account is deleted, or a deletion request is completed, depending on product capabilities.

Support emails may be retained as needed to address the request and maintain appropriate business records. Backup copies may persist temporarily before routine deletion or replacement.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users should protect their devices and login credentials and should not send passwords to Rydder Development.

10. User Choices and Rights

Depending on the product and applicable law, users may be able to access, correct, export, or delete information. Users may also:

• Contact J.Palmer@RydderDevelopment.com with a privacy request.
• Manage app permissions through device settings.
• Manage subscriptions through Google Play or the applicable payment provider.
• Manage cookies and local storage through browser settings.
• Unsubscribe from optional marketing communications when applicable.

We may need to verify a requester's identity before completing certain requests.

11. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Users can request account or data deletion by emailing J.Palmer@RydderDevelopment.com with the app name and the email address associated with the account. Please do not include a password or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We will review the request, verify identity where appropriate, and explain any information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-record purposes. Google Play subscribers should separately manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play; a data-deletion request does not necessarily cancel an app-store subscription.

12. Children's Privacy

Rydder Development services are not directed to children under 13. MyFreeDayz is intended for personal productivity and leave planning, and Deednex is intended for homeowner and household record management. These products are not designed or designated as child-directed services.

13. International Users

Information may be processed in the United States and by service providers operating in other locations. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions. Users outside the United States may have additional rights under local law and may contact us to submit a request.

14. U.S. State Privacy Notices

Residents of some U.S. states may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain processing, depending on the law and whether it applies to Rydder Development. 15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as products, technology, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the applicable service when appropriate.
