Citrus after dusk
A late-summer courtyard table that moves from golden hour into candlelight.
The brief
A 36-guest milestone dinner in a walled Marlow courtyard needed family-style service, comfortable conversation and a rain decision without losing the informal garden mood. Gather & Co. scoped the design direction, floor plan, vendor brief and run of show.
The considered details
Orange-and-cream striped linen creates the visual rhythm. Bowls of whole citrus and low olive branches stay below sightlines; cordless table lamps take over after dusk. The venue supplies power and weather access, the caterer owns food service, and the rental team delivers and collects the table setting.
